What does your organisation do?
We help essential services to ensure that any AI or automation they are deploying in their customer-facing processes doesn't inadvertently harm specific cohorts of customers, particularly those with vulnerabilities. We are a female founder-led team based in Oxfordshire and Somerset and we believe in AI adapting to humans, not humans having to adapt to AI.
Why did you choose to build in Oxfordshire?
Our Co-founder, Megs has lived in Oxfordshire for the last 20 years.
What big problem are you trying to solve?
AI and automation in customer-facing processes is not prioritising human outcomes, they are helping processes to become faster, cheaper, or more efficient. We help organisations deploy AI safely to ensure it serves all customers.
How can you support the Oxfordshire ecosystem?
We can help organisations who are deploying AI or digitalising their customer communications or other processes to ensure they have prioritised human outcomes as well as technical feasibility and cybersecurity. We are looking for partnerships with organisations operating in the AI space to build an alliance of organisations focused on maintaining accountability to all people who have to interface with AI or automation in customer-facing processes.
